"The front parking lot is too small. They need a new Visa machine as it took way too long for my invoice to be processed. Otherwise O.K. nothing fancy.

"The soundproofing between rooms was not adequate. We could hear the shower in the next room, which was annoying.
In addition, there were some extremely loud banging and clancing noises in the early a.m. -- starting at 7:00 a.m. or earlier. This may have been caused by employees doing their chores, or perhaps even by other guests. In any case, measures should be taken to allow guests to sleep quietly at least until after 8:00 or 8:30 a.m."
