The Bad
There were not a ton of complaints for this hotel as most guests seemed to enjoy their stay. However some guests complained about the beds in their guest rooms, the parking lot at the hotel, and/or the staff.
When guests complained about their beds they usually did so in reference to the size. Multiple guests indicated that their beds were small and felt that they did not receive what they had booked in terms of bed type. One guest, for example, reserved a queen bed but was given what he/she thought was a double. Another guest said he/she "got the king suite" but the "bed was a little smaller than a king."
The parking lot at the hotel also drew some criticism and again, size was the problem. Guests felt that parking was limited at the property and that the lot was "small."
The staff at the hotel received mixed reviews. Some guests felt that the employees were either uncongenial or unwelcoming. One guest called the reception "polite and businesslike but not particularly friendly and/or welcoming" and another guest, who was a little less reserved said that reception was "rude" and that the "customer service (was) incredibly ignorant."
