The GoodThere was very little feedback to source for this analysis but of the reviews found and consulted, the negative feedback outweighed the positive feedback.
However, a couple of guests thought the restaurant had good food and service while another reviewer complimented the front desk staff for being nice.
The Bad
As mentioned above, there were very few reviews to draw upon for this analysis. The majority of reviews were negative with guests criticizing the pool and the age of the hotel.
A few guests complained about the pool not being available for use during their stays. They claimed that they were lead to believe the hotel had a working pool but found upon their arrival it was closed with no definite re-open date. These reviews were posted in 2011 with the most recent complaint about this filed in March 2013.
It should be noted that on April 8, 2013, the pool closure was confirmed with a front desk agent (closed indefinitely) and the official hotel website has been updated to reflect this information.
A couple reviewers also criticized the hotel and felt the decor was dated and the bathrooms could use upgrades.
