The Good
Of the reviews consulted for this analysis, the negative reviews outweighed the positive reviews. However, guests were pleased with the rooms, the staff, the location and the pool.

Several reviewers spoke favourably of the rooms and described them as comfortable and clean. However, there are many opposing opinions and mixed reviews about this (see below for more details).

Staff received positive reviews from several guests. They were described as friendly, helpful and accommodating.

According to some reviewers, the location was convenient for their needs and to the highway.

The pool was well maintained and clean, said some guests.
The Bad
As mentioned above, the majority of reviews sourced for this analysis were negative and guests were not generally happy with their stays. The rooms, the on-site restaurant, the breakfast and the shower temperature were major sources of complaints from reviewers.

While there were some positive comments regarding the rooms, the vast majority of feedback was negative. Many guests felt the hotel was past its prime and described it as rundown, old and outdated. Some guests were displeased with the decor and thought it was dated while others felt the hotel needed a complete renovation altogether.

According to some guests, the on-site restaurant was closed for renovations during their stay (with the latest complaint in December 2012). This became a source of inconvenience for some because they booked the hotel for this feature.

The breakfast, said some guests, was poorly stocked and had sparse offerings. They also thought the area was not kept clean and the items that were offered were of low quality.

A few guests claimed that there was no hot water during their stays. This became a source of disappointment and annoyance for them, specifically guests staying for business.
