"Keep in mind this is a rural area and there is not a lot of competition but, there is a lot of business every night. Both my room and my colleague's room (which were far apart) were not made up when we returned to our room for the second night. The bed wasn't made and the towels in the washroom had not been changed. Nothing had been done to the room at all. We told the person at the front desk and she was apologetic but had no response as to why the rooms hadn't been made."

"I have never been given such poor customer service from any hotel/motel in my time. After being on the road for six hours, the last thing that I wanted to deal with was the "Check in desk clerk" who was more concerned that I disrupted her magazine reading. In this hotel, they should put a sign up that if you pay for a smile, you might receive one. To top off the fine introduction of the hotel and staff, we thought we would try the restaurant/lounge for some food and drink as this was the first meal of the day. According to the check-in desk clerk, we still had another hour and a half to sit and have some food and relax. Upon entering this restaurant, we were instructed first off across the room that we had to sit in one of the two first tables by the door. The restaurant was empty except for the waitress, the vaccuum, and the waitresses friend (whom she entertained in between vaccuum strokes). Five minutes after we sat down, the waitress finally shut off the vaccuum and gave us menu's. I asked about the lounge and the location of it and she informed us of the location and told us that she will be vaccuuming in there after the she was done the restaurant. When she walked away from the table, she proceeded to vaccuum right by our table. I was not impressed at all and left enough money on the table for the two beverages and a tip for the service. She came by and asked what we wanted to eat and I told her that we would be eating else where. The waitress was not concerned at all as to why we were leaving. After we dined at the Kindersley's Inn and headed back to the hotel, the restaurant was full with patron's...so I guess her comment about shutting down early did't fall into place as she was planning. I will never stay at this hotel again and am sorely disappointed that the employees of this hotel chain didn't take greater pride in their jobs and understand that their jobs and how they do their jobs will have an overall impact on people deciding if they will return."
