"Great place and close to dowtown."
"Great location in Trois-Rivieres and close to downtown area with free underground parking. Great restaurants within walking distance. Room was fairly large and very clean. If you do get the breakfast package at Le Rouge Vin, the breakfast is hot and delicious. Friendly staff and the price is fair, I would return for another stay and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"we felt that the desk service could have been much better. e.g. stood for 10 mins on two occaisions waiting for acknowledgement while the desk clerk took phone calls. We feel we should have been acknowledged even with eye contact until he was able to attend to our request. we felt like we were a nusience."
