The Bad
As mentioned above, the majority of reviews read for this analysis were positive. However, there were some concerns about the general state of the hotel.

Most of the feedback regarding the rooms was positive but there were also many reviewers that complained about the hotel's state in general as tired, with updates and better maintenance needed. Reported issues included stained carpets, black mould in the bathroom, old bathrooms with clogged drainage and scalding hot water, broken or scratched furniture and unpleasant odours from the carpet.

Some guests complained about poorly functioning amenities such as Wi-Fi, ice machines, elevator, overly warm rooms, noisy AC units, poor channel selection and no pay-per-view movies available.

Occasionally guests found the prices high when paying for breakfast or other meals at the restaurant.
