The hotel's location was the biggest draw for many reviewers. Guests felt it was convenient for exploring the area and liked that several tourist attractions and restaurants were within walking distance.
The staff were described as helpful and cordial by many reviewers.
Several guests were impressed with the room size and thought the rooms were clean. However, there were some mixed reviews and opposing opinions about this (see below).
Some guests liked that the parking provided was underground.

The Bad

Most of the feedback regarding the rooms was positive but many reviewers felt the hotel's state in general was tired. Guests described the hotel as dated and felt upgrades (new furnishings) and more maintenance (citing stained carpets and chipped paint) was in order.
A couple guests were disappointed with the fitness centre. According to these guests the equipment was old.
