"We stayed on the 10th floor and while we were there the elevator went under repair because of some vandlism. We had to use the maintenance elevator which wasn't very clean. The customer service was very good. They were very patient because we could not speak french. Otherwise it was a good stay and I would recommend the hotel to other people."

"The entrance to the hotel is a little strange. The signage on the street tells you to turn into the driveway that is actually for the bank. I was confused at where the front entrance was. It is actually the second street after that sign."
