Numerous reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, and characterized the staff as professional, attentive and accommodating. One guest remarked that the staff will bend over backwards and are attentive to little details.
The hotel's restaurant was the source of many compliments by guests. The food was described as tasty, amazing and excellent, with beautiful presentation. The service was found to be wonderful and attentive. However, a couple of guests took issue with the prices (see below).
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's location, and described it as beautiful and scenic, with breathtaking gardens and easy highway access.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a some common complaints about the rooms, the value and noise transfer.
Some guests were disappointed with the accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as having outdated decor and low water pressure, and being in need of upgrades
A few reviewers found the prices to be too high at the hotel. These guests felt they paid too much for their rooms given the outdated decor, and also felt the restaurant was expensive, although they did praise the food quality.
Noise disturbances were mentioned by a couple of lodgers. They reported rowdy wedding guests late at night, as well as noise from other lodgers overhead and from plumbing.
