"I think the hallway carpet needs either a clean up or replacement altogether. It looks old and dirty.
The smell is old too. A centralized air freshener, maybe a lemon scent. would do the trick. Hotels in Orlando do this."

"The hallway carpet is in major need of upgrading. It is stained and dirty looking leaving a very poor impression. The room was clean, but dated. The young lady at that the front desk when I arrived in the morning was extremely helpful and friendly."
