"First could you check and find out if I left bag withthree mobile phones in the room 811. I was there from friday evening until Sunday morning. Plese confirm by a seperate email you have checked. Thanks.
We were visiting the hotel as a guest of one of the weddings and as far as that was concerned it was fine.
The major frustration was the elevators. with two slow units it would be poor but with only one working and the hotel full it was a MAJOR NONSENSE.
My friend took 30 minutes to get up one time. I took 25 minutes to get up another to find my electroci key was not working and I had to then wait to come down and then go up again.
For a good standard hotel this was unacceptable,"
