The Bad
While the majority of reviews drawn upon for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints online from guests who were not fully satisfied with their stays.

Some guests found the bathrooms in need of updates. Recent complaints consisted of mouldy grouting, showers turning scalding hot and then cold, older fixtures, a leaking shower, peeling paint, no separate shampoo and conditioner, (but conditioning shampoo instead) and some holes in the bathroom wall.

A few guests found the rooms a little dated. They complained of older mattresses that were sunken in the middle, squeaky beds and rooms that smelled old or damp.

A few guests were disappointed that the hotel did not offer a free breakfast.
