Many compliments were offered to the hotel's staff by lodgers, who characterized them as attentive, professional, friendly, bilingual and helpful in calling cabs and giving directions.
The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests. They found it to be right off the highway, as well as close to Montreal, a bike path and the Garnison St. Jean Military Base.
Several reviewers were pleased with their accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds. Some guests had issues with their rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's value was also praised by some guests, who found it to provide reasonable rates and good value for the money.
