Many reviewers were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as easy to find, close to the downtown area, many restaurants, a grocery store, and highway access.
Numerous guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received at this hotel. They characterized the staff as kind, professional and efficient. One lodger remarked the staff was, "courteous and always ready to meet our immediate needs".
The hotel's rooms were a source of several compliments by reviewers. They were described as quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with information about Rimouski attractions and restaurants. It should be noted however, that although most reviewers were pleased with their rooms, some found the rooms to be small.
The Bad
While many of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them, which included the air conditioning and heating units, cigarette odours, and the free breakfast.
