The hotel's location was praised by numerous lodgers. They found the hotel to be within walking distance to many restaurants, close to gas stations, the Sanctuary of Lourdes and downtown Montreal, with easy highway access.
Many reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received. They characterized the staff as courteous, pleasant, helpful and bilingual.
The hotel's accommodations were a source of several compliments by guests. They described their rooms as very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with strong Wi-Fi connections. In addition, the room rates were reported as being very affordable and inexpensive by some reviewers.
The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them about noise transfer and the temperature control.
Some guests complained of noise disturbances during their stay. These guests reported traffic noise in rooms facing the highway, as well as noise from large trucks in the parking lot idling all night. This hotel was not recommended by light sleepers.
This hotel does not provide individual in-room temperature control. Some reviewers reported their rooms and the hotel hallways being very cold, and these guests were frustrated at not being able to adjust the temperature.
