"Check your bills so you don't get ripped off"
"When checking in on Sunday, August 7, and again when checking out on Thursday, August 11, I confirmed with staff that our stay had been paid in full, in advance, and that no further charges were due.
When I checked my MasterCard bill later in August, I noticed a charge from Loews le Concorde.
I called the hotel immediately. I explained the problem, but got no helpful response. Eventually, I was told to call another number, was transferred several times, and finally contacted someone in the corporate billing department. The process took a long time, and I never received any sort of apology, but I was able to have the charge reversed.
I am shocked by this dishonest billing practice, and disappointed in the response I received from the hotel. The hotel was clearly and explicitly aware of the fact that our stay was prepaid, yet it appears that they attempted to charge us again on the assumption that I wouldn't recognize the error on my MasterCard bill. While I have no further financial claim against the hotel, I want to state clearly that I am shocked by this deceitful practice. Based on this, my family will not stay at this hotel again, and will warn our friends and colleagues to avoid Loews le Concorde. "

"perfect location spottless hotel staff very friendly"
"This was our first time in Quebec the hotel staff were terrific everyone made us feel welcomed rooms were very clean and comfortable. The exercise faciltys and pool were great to unwind after a lovely day exploring all the activities once you walked out the front door. You couldnt get a better location to start your vacation in this beutiful city. Thank you all for making our stay a perfect one will definetly be back."

"1, High speed internet did not work. I asked front desk about it, but they did not give me good advice.(They just gave tellephone number of the service provider.)

"The noise level on our floor was extremely high. I recommended this hotel to another party of 3 and I am very unhappy with the security service at night. They were unable to stop the partying from the room across from us which started around 11:00pm and stopped at 3:45am. These people should of been evicted. I did not sleep and it was far worse for the other family as they were even closer. We come to Quebec 4 to 5 times a year for tennis tournaments and we could of made this our hotel and recommend it to several other parents to join us, as we generally travel in groups of 4 to 5 families usually with 1 child each, from 12years to 16years old."

"1- Salad plates used at the top floor revolving restaurant were extremely small, or perhaps intentionally small to help people diet!
2- The breakfast plates were too small, same as above.
3- Breakfast assortment was moderate in relation to the hotel. We expected it to be richer!!"

"Bonjour!
There were three of us staying in the room as stated on the reservation so one would think that there would have been three wine glasses, three coffee cups, and three sets of towels. We were only there for one night so its not really a big deal and we also could have asked for a third of those things mentioned above and I'm sure we would have been accomodated beautifully.
Wonderful stay in a beautiful city, I can't wait to go back next Summer"

"Sorry but this 5 star Hotel is not my "normal" type of establishment and as such I found the Bar/Restaurant prices way too high.
I got far better value for money at the Cosmos Rest. just around the corner. If I was a millionaire then Le Concorde would be my choice but I just did not like the Menu at all. !!!!"
