"They did not clean my room."
"The room was not clean.
Also, they did not clean my room the next day because I had the do not disturb sign on for 20minutes during the morning while I was bathing and changing. I called the front desk and they gave no solution to the problem."

"Good rooms but noisy people and nothing was done"
"The hotel room was great and very comfterble beds. Nice jacuzzi to relax in. Except for the people upstairs which were making to much noise, so a policy should be made for that because we told them three times about it and they said that there was not much that could be done because it was a big group. We pay to go and sleep but they didnt let us sleep much, so they should have been changed from that place. Thats the only concern."

"The room smelt musty and hot even though the a/c was running. The location met our needs to be near the airport, but if one wants to visit historical Quebec, I would not recomment this location."

"Friendly desk clerks gave good advice, directions, and info"
"The desk staff were the best we ever had, professional, efficient, gracious, friendly and remarkably fluent in English (yet supportive in my efforts to speak French!). They even offered print out directions of how to drive to famous tourist attractions. The free breakfasts helped with our traveling budget."

"Although we were supposed to have a non-smoking room, the room smelled HORRIBLY of smoke. I really couldn't wait to get out. Also when we forgot our toothpaste and asked for some courtesy toothpaste at the front, they gave us these odd toothpaste / toothbrush combinations that had expired two years ago! Friendly staff though."
