Many guests offered compliments to the hotel's staff. They were characterized as helpful, friendly, bilingual and courteous.
The hotel's accommodations were praised by numerous lodgers. The rooms were described as spacious, well equipped, and clean, with good water pressure and comfortable beds. It should be mentioned however, that a few guests complained of worn carpet and chipped paint in their rooms.
Several reviewers were pleased with the hotel's pool and atrium area. They described it as well decorated, relaxing and inviting, with tropical birds and plants, and a great design.
The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of common complaints about the air conditioning units and noise transfer.
Several guests complained about the air conditioning units in their rooms. They described them as inefficient, broken, and noisy to the point of interrupting sleep. It was mentioned that staff were unable to fix the issues upon complaint.
Noise transfer was mentioned by some guests during their stay. They reported noise coming from the pool area after closing hours, as well as noise from neighbours in adjacent rooms and in-room air conditioning and heating units.
