Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's staff and characterized them as friendly, helpful, pleasant, courteous and attentive. One guest mentioned the staff, "went out of their way to get whatever you wanted", while another stated, "Moments after checking into our room, we had a phone call asking if everything was all right".
The hotel's location was a source of many compliments by lodgers. They found it to be close to shopping, the airport, restaurants, a gas station, highway access and Tim Hortons. It should be noted however, that some guests found the location to be far from downtown (about a 15-minute drive), and recommended the hotel only for those with a vehicle.
Several guests were pleased with their rooms at this hotel. They were described as clean, modern, spotless, well equipped and spacious, with nice wooden floors and comfortable beds.
The hotel's free breakfast was also a highpoint for patrons, who found it to have lots of healthy choices. It was also mentioned the dining area was comfortable and that items were frequently restocked.
The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of common complaints about noise transfer.
Some guests reported noise disruptions at during their stay. They reported highway noise (and recommended staying in rooms which didn't face the road), as well as noise from neighbours overhead, buses and squeaky bedsprings.
