The Bad

Guests that did not like the location of the hotel were not overly critical however some felt that they were situated just a little bit too far from Old Quebec. Often these guests walked to the old city and, although they were able to walk, they felt that it was just a little too far away.
Occasionally a guest complained about dim lighting at the hotel. Some of these guests said the halls were dark while others complained about dimness in their bathrooms.
There were also multiple guests who felt that the hotel's breakfast was expensive.
