The hotel features a host of amenities and services, such as an indoor swimming pool, an on-site restaurant, a bar/lounge area, complimentary wireless Internet in the public areas and guest rooms, a full-service health spa, a fitness facility, business services, room service, meeting rooms and currency exchange. On-site parking is available for $20 a day.

Guest reviewers across multiple sources agreed that the staff at the hotel were "excellent." Some guests described the staff as "pleasant," "friendly," and "accommodating." The majority of the hotel guests spoke French, however, a few English-speaking reviewers thanked the hotel for employing bilingual staff members.
The accommodations also received several positive comments and many guests agreed that the guest rooms were spacious and comfortable. Some guest reviewers mentioned the comfortable pillows and duvet comforters in their reviews, and one reviewer described the hotel's mattress as "wonderful."
The condition of the hotel also triggered positive feedback. Some guests appreciated the modern decor and liked having an iPod dock and a flat screen television in their rooms. The hotel was very clean according to some guests, and many guests appreciated being within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and Old Quebec.
The Bad
The Hotel Manoir Victoria did not receive a lot of negative feedback, however, some guests did complain about the stairs leading into the lobby, the parking fee and the air conditioning units.
There is no elevator on the ground floor of the hotel as several guests complained of having to carry their bags up a flight of stairs to enter the lobby. These guests felt inconvenienced by the climb while others suggested the hotel might not be a good choice for those with mobility issues.
On-site parking is available, however, several guests were upset and felt that $20 per day was too high. The air conditioning units also triggered several complaints from past guests. Some guests had trouble adjusting the temperature controls in their rooms, whereas other guests complained that the units were too loud.
Booking.com guest ratings averaged 9.2 out of 10 points. This rating was based on 197 reviews at the time of writing.
