The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the lack of elevator and noise transfer.

A few guests commented on the hotel's lack of elevator. One reviewer said that bringing luggage up to his or her third-floor room was a challenge. These guests suggested those with mobility issues book rooms on the first floor. However, it should be noted that the staff at Hotel Acadia, where the check-in desk is located, are willing to assist with luggage upon request.

Noise transfer was mentioned by a few lodgers. They reported being able to hear guests in adjacent rooms, noisy in-room air conditioning units and noise in rooms facing the street.
