Located an 8-minute walk from Les Galeries de la Capitale shopping centre and about a 15-minute drive to Old Quebec, the Grand Times Hotel is geared towards business and vacation travellers who prefer a hotel with meeting and conference space and extended kitchen amenities.

This hotel has 122 air-conditioned guest rooms and suites, each offering free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a desk, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. Standard rooms offer one or two queen beds, while various rooms with additional amenities such as a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofabed and a jetted tub are also available.

It was found to be close to Les Galeries de la Capitale shopping mall, restaurants, the airport, highway access, Old Quebec City, a grocery store, and a liquore store. It should be noted however that reviewers felt the hotel was better suited to those with a vehicle.

Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's staff and characterized them as friendly, courteous and helpful.

Several lodgers praised the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as being spacious, quiet, modern and clean, with comfortable beds and simple decor.
