"Great location but the value for the money is poor!"
"The best part about this hotel is the location. And that's about it. The rooms and the decor are quite outdated. The original rooms we received on the 3rd floor had a very strong moldy smell. Parking garage was under contrcution so you had no real choice but to use the valet, which cost $22/day!. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel to those who want to be close to the old city without having to drive."

"Hotel was very close (within walking distance) to all the activities in Old Quebec. Comfortable beds, great help from housekeeping. No free in room internet."

"Severely lacking for a hotel in this class/price point."
"Cleaning service was terrible the bathroom was dirty and was not cleaned properly for three days in a row, this is unacceptable for a hotel in this class. Noise from renovations was infernal in the afternoon, we could not retire to our room and rest. No water one evening because of construction, when it came back at midnight we ran the water for an hour and it was still filthy and brown like a sewer !! No compensation/reduction offered by hotel except three bottles of water..."

"Room was disgusting! Washroom was dirty and smelled like a locker room...shower curtain smelled like gym socks. There was juice still spilled on a table when we got to our room. Sheets on bed were not fitted so rode up in middle of the night.
Asked front desk for different room but they said none available unless we paid $50 more. We had already paid $130CAD for the room.
Will NEVER stay there again. Filled in hotel critique saying same thing. Very, very poor quality room for a major chain...hope they have the decency to send my money back!"

"Hotel was in a great location in Quebec City. Within walking distance to all restaurants, shopping and Winter Carnaval events. Unfortunately there were a great deal of college age students who where using the hotel at the same time for skiing trips and the carnavel . Very noisy with running up and down the hallways at all hours of the night. Could hear parties going on on the floor above us. No hotel personel seemed to interrupting there party time."
