The Bad
As mentioned above, the majority of comments were positive but there were some common complaints about the staff, the rooms and the soundproofing.

Although the majority of feedback regarding the staff were positive, there were a few guests who felt the staff were unfriendly and did the "bare minimum" when it came to customer service. A couple guests claimed the staff were unprofessional when it came to handling rate discrepancies.

While the rooms received praise from many guests, some reviewers felt the rooms were outdated, dingy and old.
