The Good
This hotel was well pleasing to its guests, many of whom planned to return. They found it to be clean, affordable and well located. Its great value stood out to many who found the prices so reasonable, along with an included basic breakfast, underground parking and working Wi-Fi.

The rooms were considered comfortable, spacious and well maintained by reviewers who appreciated having clean surroundings with friendly and bi-lingual staff. Many enjoyed a peaceful stay and said the hotel was quiet.

Location was another huge plus, according to guests who found many places to eat and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Guests frequented this hotel for accessing the airport and said it only took about 5 minutes due to its proximity to major thoroughfares. Cab fare was $15 to the airport according to one recent guest. Some guests with cars were able to park and fly, and were very pleased to save on expensive parking costs at the airport.
The Bad
There really wasn't much to complain about, especially at these prices, but a few weak spots did surface from time to time in the reviews.

Although guests were typically happy with the breakfast offering, some did mention that they were not happy with the coffee, milk was noticably missing from the selection, it would be nice to have some yogurt, and the basement location of the buffet was a little drab, lacking in natural light.

Occasionally guests mentioned that the AC was older and noisy. One guest also said, "The heating system could be improved with a more modern controller. You can't set it to a specific temperature..."

Also a few guests hinted that Old Quebec was a little far, with one guest putting it this way, "You're near the highways so it's not hard to go to the Old quebec or the big shopping malls but it's not that close to those locations. Just be advised!"
