The Bad
Most of the concerns raised in the reviews consulted for this report seemed more like observations than real complaints and were somewhat scattered through the reviews. There were, however, a few common concerns.

A few guests found the trek to Old Quebec on foot a little challenging as it was an uphill walk. Google Map times it at about 29 minutes to Chateau Frontenac.

A couple of guests found the in-room heaters to be loud.

Some guests found the exterior of the hotel lacking polish and thought the area was "not the nicest part of the city", however many other guests found restaurants and bakeries they liked in the area and said that the interior of the hotel was very pleasing.

There were a few complaints about the parking fees being a little too steep.
