The Bad
Finding guest complaints about the Best Western Hotel L'Aristocrate in recent reviews took a great deal of work. There were definitely complaints during the mid-part of 2011 however many of those complaints were due to the renovations that were taking place. Many guests found various annoyances at the hotel at that time and it seemed that the staff might have been a bit more disagreeable then too.
But now that those renovations are completed, the negative opinions associated to the renovations can be considered outdated.
Guest complaints in post-renovation reviews were occasional with only one negative opinion about the hotel causing a significant spike. Some guests felt that the hotel did not provide the best value in the sense that there was no free breakfast included in the rate.
