"Hotel is ideally located in vieux Quebec - close to many restraurants and shoppin g- walking distance to Chateau Frontenac. Room was spacious and worked well. Most noteworthy was the extraorindary service recived when we had to find an emergency dentist on Sunday for my 13 year old nephew. The woman at the front desk absolutely went the extra mile servig as interpeter, navigating emergency telephone numbers and getting us detailed driving directions - all on a busy morning when she had many customers to take care.
