Many reviewers praised the hotel's location. They described it as being within walking distance of to rue Cartier's restaurants and shops, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Plains of Abraham, and Old Quebec City.
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by lodgers. They were characterized as helpful, attentive, bilingual and flexible in allowing guests to change rooms if they so requested.
Several guests were pleased with the accommodations at this hotel and described the rooms as clean, modern, tastefully decorated, well laid-out and well equipped, with comfortable beds and linens. It should be mentioned however, that some guests found their rooms to be too small. The size of the rooms at this hotel do vary from room to room.
