The hotel's staff were a source of many compliments by reviewers. Guests characterized the staff as bilingual, polite and helpful in offering suggestions and directions.

Numerous guests praised the hotel's location. They found it to be a short drive from Quebec City's centre, as well as close to highway access, Ste. Anne's Shrine, and Montmorency Falls. It should be noted however, that some guests mentioned the hotel is better suited to those travelling with a vehicle.

The hotel was found to provide good value by several patrons. These guests described the rates as reasonable, and the value as excellent. It should be mentioned however, that breakfast is not included in the room rates which some guests felt would have added to the value.
