The Good
Guests really liked this hotel. The staff were great and they found it stylish, comfortable and very clean.

Guests liked the fancy glass showers and they found the combination of comfy beds, quiet rooms with good blackout blinds afforded them a good night's sleep. They enjoyed dining on site and taking the bus to Old Quebec.

The staff treated guests right, with many telling of how they went above and beyond to accommodate them and help them out in a pinch. They were also fully bilingual, which made things go smoothly for the English-speakers, and skilled at making recommendations.

The location was touted for having good restaurants in a short walk, a neaby Starbucks and mall, easy highway access to downtown or other destinations and many liked being able to take a pleasant bus ride to Old Quebec, with a stop just outside the hotel.

Wi-Fi and value were excellent, and many planned to return.

The Bad
Not many problems were encountered, but guests offered some suggestions of what could be improved at the hotel.

Very occasionally a guest made mention that the glass shower design created a leak to the surrounding floor.

Also it was mentioned that the parking spots underground could be slightly wider. One guest had trouble getting the room to be as warm as he would have liked, and a couple of guests felt the restaurant was a little pricey.

A couple of guests missed having a fitness centre on site.
