"I have a bone to pick with your services-Canadian Hotel guide. I was booked to Hotel Acadia Quebec but the management at this hotel did not know of my visit. This was very embarassing for me. The Hotel management however was very kind to provide a room for me. I am considering some form of legal action against your organisation which to me is fake and unreliable. Is someone litsening to me? I will be waiting for your apology before I consider what to do with you. I am so disgusted by your carelessness. Hotel Acadia was just great. Kudos to the management and shame on you for putting these nice people in such a tight position. I hope someone with curtesy sees this comment."

Nestled among the majestic and historical buildings of North America's oldest fortified city, Hotel Acadia is one of the jewels in the crown of Old Quebec, named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985.
