"WE HAD A GREAT STAY AT THE HOTEL AND FOUND THE ROOM TO BE VERY COMFORTABLE. MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DO NOT REMEMBER THE NAMES OF THE INDIVIDUAL STAFF WHO WERE SO GRACIOUS TO US. FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED TO OUR DEPARTURE EVERY CONTACT WITH STAFF WAS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. MERCI MERCI."
