"I was not pleased that I had to pay a fee of $6.71 per night by booking through the Canadian Hotel Guide website. I thought I had called the hotel directly and noticed the charges on my visa statement! The hotel explained that it was not their charge and that I had not called them directly for the booking..that was not explanined to me on the phone at the time.
So although I had a wonder trip and a great hotel stay I was not pleased by this!"

"Although they advertized an indoor pool,it was very small. For this type of Hotel I expected more. Furthermore the water in the pool was dirty for the 2 days that I stayed there.
I had a problem with payment. The hotel clerks did not recognize my internet booking, which was pre-paid, charging me again for the room. Eventually we resolved the issue but they were not very well informed on this type of booking."

The Clarion Hotel Quebec is a 232 room hotel located close to the airport and 10km from downtown Quebec City. This is a good economical choice if you want to be close to the airport and within driving distance to Quebec City. This hotel is not located in downtown Quebec City.
