Overview

The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by reviewers. They were found to be friendly, polite, courteous and helpful in explaining directions and offering restaurant suggestions, and also provided a quick and easy check-in and check-out.
Many guests praised the hotel's location. They described it as being close to supermarkets, several corporate offices, highway access, the airport, and within walking distance to restaurants an shopping.
Several lodgers were pleased with the accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as well-equipped, spacious, clean and modern, with good-quality bathroom toiletries and comfortable beds.
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of complaints among them, which included the lack of certain amenities, and noise transfer.
Some guests found the hotel didn't offer as many amenities as they would have preferred. These reviewers cited the hotel's lack of pool, hot tub and included breakfast as services they felt were missing during their stay.
Although most reviewers enjoyed a quiet stay, a couple of lodgers reported noise disturbances. They reported children's sports teams running in the hallways, as well as some outside traffic noise.
