The Bad
While there were many reviewers who enjoyed the hotel's fun and trendy atmosphere, there were some reviewers who found this was not to their liking.

Some reviewers did not like the set-up of the rooms — with the exposed glassed-in shower. A few reviewers travelling with their families said it was uncomfortable and not ideal for children. A few others also found the lighting in the rooms too dim. Several guests complained about getting rooms with no view, either for being an interior room or for overlooking a building. .

There were some comments from reviewers who found the hotel a little too lively. One reviewer commented that the hotel seems to attract guests in their 20s who are in town primarily to party and that the hotel felt more like a nightclub. Another wondered if perhaps he was too old for the hotel. There were a few suggestions that guests should try to stay on a higher floor, away from the noise of the bars on the main floor.

A few guests also found the hotel's $11 plus tax daily charge for Wi-Fi access in the rooms to be expensive.
