The Bad
While the majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of complaints about the lack of elevator, the shared bathrooms and the parking.

Some guests were disappointed the hotel did not have an elevator. These guests described carrying their luggage up 3 flights of stairs, and recommended that those with mobility issues book a room on the first floor. It should be noted however, that the staff will help carry luggage when asked.
