"The only complaint I have is not with the hotel itself, but the reservations system. They charged me a fee to make the reservation, and I had to persist to get my money refunded. The number was on the website, so I assumed it was the hotel. Next time, I will call the hotel directly!!
LOVED the bathroom in our room....the shower was FABULOUS!!! And the nightly turn-down service was wonderful!"
