The Bad
The most common criticisms, in the guest reviews sourced for this analysis, were regarding the hotel's Internet connection fees, negative comments about the bathrooms and thin walls.

While wireless Internet is free in the hotel's common areas, the hotel charges $16/day for it in guestrooms, a fee many guest reviewers described as expensive and inconvenient.

There were also a few comments that the walls of the hotel were thin, and some guest reviewers were bothered by noise from their neighbours and wrote that they could hear everything that was happening in the rooms beside them.

There were also a few comments about the bathrooms- a few reviewers said that there was no fan in the bathrooms to extract steam after hot showers and that the drainage in the shower/bathtub was slow.
