"According to our booking, there is supposed to be a refrigerator and a coffeemaker in room, but there was not any and the hotel staff were surprised when we asked for them. The bed was also supposed to be a Queen size while all we got was a twin size. The worst is that there was literally no heating when the temperature outside was hovering at -15deg C. And when we complained, all we were offered was additional blankets and suggestions to wear sweaters!!!!!!!!!! I believe it is because of the exposure to the cold, two of our children got flu. I am planning to make a separate complaint on the whole episode."
