This property is a university residence that provides public accommodations during the summer months and is centrally located in downtown Montreal. With no on-site dining and few on-site amenities, this property is well suited for guests looking for budget-friendly accommodations in downtown Montreal in the summer.

All rooms are smoke free and include free Wi-Fi, an en suite bathroom, a flat screen TV, a desk, a mini-fridge, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and individual climate control. Wheelchair-accessible units are available.

Off-site parking is available within a 5-minute walk, at a separately owned facility, and parking fees are about $25 per day. 

Other on-site amenities include a fitness centre, common living areas and a guest laundry facility. This property does not offer on-site dining and pets are not permitted.

McGill University, Mount Royal, the Place des Arts, the nearest subway station, the Contemporary Art Museum of Montreal and shopping and dining on Saint Catherine Street are all located within a 15-minute walk of this property. 

The Bell Centre and the Montreal Old Port area (cobblestone streets, art galleries and boutique shopping) are both about 20 minutes away by public transit.

The rooms were often described as clean and generally comfortable and one couple said, "we were very pleased to find that it didn't feel anything like a dorm at all. It was very much like a regular, modern/newly renovated hotel room." A few reviewers added that their rooms were spacious and well equipped with amenities, while a couple of guests found the beds comfortable.
