"Pretty good value, but a few weaknesses"
"Elevators were too small and few in number. Air conditioner in room too loud. Could have used a cot, but none available. Parking setup should be more flexible regarding in/out privileges, especially since it is an extra charge. Free breakfast was appreciated but not exactly gourmet quality. Downtown location was very convenient. Staff were very helpful. Exercise room bright and spacious, kitchenette very well equipped. Towels were new and plush. Room was clean but a bit stuffy as is common with hotel rooms. Club across the street noisy at night."

"The hotel was in a great location. Very reasonable price considering breakfast was included and there was a kitchenette! Only issue: we found a used condom wrapper that was in a folded blanket in the closet. But the hotel itself was very clean!!! Someone just missed it..."

"Nice hotel!!!"
"Front desk attendants were nice, and room was clean. Windows were small and up high, so my son couldnt see out without us lifting him. Overall a very nice stay!"

"Hotel was close to McGill and a great Japanese restaurant next door to the hotel. I was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I was close to the metro and the underground shopping. I would go back."

"Did not get any sleep from 5:30-8am because of an alarm of the room next door that was not shut off. When we called the front desk they said they'd send someone to check it out. An hour later when the alarm was still going off... we called again and they said they'd check again. Which they apparently didn't cause we called a third time before they came up to the room only to find out that there were no guests in the room and the alarm had been set a few nights earlier. Frustrating that the first time we called they didn't verify like they said that they would.
Otherwise a very pleasant place. Take advantage of the 24th floor heated pool with a neat view of montreal."
