All 108 rooms at this hotel feature a flat-screen TV, a coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, while some rooms also feature microwaves and sofas. Guests may choose a room or suite with 1 king bed, or 1 or 2 queen beds.
Amenities at this hotel include two meeting rooms, a business centre and an exercise room. There is no restaurant, but the hotel does provide a complimentary breakfast. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi from anywhere in the hotel. On-site parking is available free of charge, and park-and-fly packages are available for guests who would like to leave their cars at the hotel while they are away. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport between 4:00 am and 1:30 am.
The hotel is 3 km, or about a 5-minute drive, from the airport, and about a 15-minute walk to a VIA Rail train station and a bus terminal. From the bus terminal, guests wishing to travel downtown can take the 211 bus, which will bring them to Lionel-Groulx metro station in about 20 minutes. For guests with cars, the hotel is located right off of Autoroute 20, about a 20-minute drive from downtown. Numerous reviewers described their rooms as small, but clean and well equipped. Many guests appreciated the free breakfast.
Staff at the hotel, particularly the front desk agents, received substantial praise for being kind, friendly and helpful.
The convenience of the free shuttle to the airport (about 3 km away) was appreciated by several reviewers. This added to the overall value for money guests felt they received, and was one of the hotel's strongest selling points, based on the reviews.
Some reviewers found the rooms to be small and rundown, and the hotel old and in need of some upgrading.
Other reviewers remarked that the area was a bit scruffy — in a noisy, semi-industrial area — and that the hotel was hard to find, as it is still listed on some maps under its previous name, Travelodge.
There were some comments from reviewers who found their rooms loud, due to highway traffic and noise from the air conditioning units.
