"Staff was friendly and courteous but at times seemed unfamiliar with technology and/or overwhelmed by heavy traffic, i.e. guests checking in and asking for information, handling phone calls at same time, etc."

"My air conditioner did not work! I complained and was told there was nothing to be done. I found a closet next to my room with fans in it. I asked if I could use one and was asked "how did you know it was there?" The internet access did not work most of the time I was there."

"My stay was very brief and for a specific family event, so I don't know anything about the neighbourhood.
The main inconvenience was the alarm that went off in the unoccupied room next door at 6am, continuing until we woke up enough to identify the sound and inform the front desk. Cleaning staff should be instructed to check the alarm clocks in the rooms to ensure they are off!"

"Only if the location sujited them as welkl as it did us. Between our Aunt's seniors home and the chirch where her husband's funeral was. Looks like it is being upgraded, other wise it is a bit more cost than it is worth.
The young man at the desk on saturday afternoon was superb, friendly and helpful. He called me in my room to tell me that he found my Visa card on the floor of the lobby. And cheerfully helped the other way too.
The woman at the caffe Sunday morning was very flexible about what to make fgor us for our included breakfast. the $3.oo off the cafe vs the "continetal" breakfast is confusing us, but she just ignored it , which was best for us."

"This hotel was perfect for our last minute, pick up and go, to Montreal. It was a little far from where we wanted to go to but that was all right, the metro was a 5 minute walk. I am greatful that I used Freehotelsearch.com to find my hotel."
