"Never Stay Here"
"Worst hotel experience ever. This hotel doubles as a night club and we were shocked that there was no sound proofing or accommodations made to ensure you don't hear the music. Till 3am it was like a dance club in our room. Not just faint thumping of base but full on blaring music right outside our window on the terrace. when we called to complain they were utterly useless saying 'yeah it's like this every weekend'. We were stuck there. For $400 bucks a night (with tax) it was outrageous. Next day we asked to have the manager call us, which he didn't. We called him and had to fight with him for a discount on the room."

"This is a funky boutique hotel that offers rooms with modernist decor, unusual wall treatments and surprising amenities, in room flat screen TV which is hooked up to a wireless keyboard for online queries. Love also the L"Occitane bath soaps and shampoos, definitely a step up. Add a great location, bridging downtown with the main, and the latin quarter, you have the best of both worlds. Especially if you are in town for Just for Laughs or the International Jazz Festival.. then you're in the heart of the what's happening. Great young, hip staff who are eager to please. Great bar with bartenders who know their products and drink mixes with flourish and panache. Highly recommend if you're looking for great amenities with a twist."

"Very nice hotel and great location. The staff is attentive but lacks experience so service at times is not at par with the quality of the amenities. Room service specially needs improvement."
