Overview
This aparthotel is located on Sherbrooke Street West and is best suited to guests looking for budget apartments for extended stayst not requiring on-site customer service or extra amenities. 

The Majestique features 16 one-bedroom suites, complete with separate living areas and full kitchens. In addition to a full-sized fridge, a stove top, a microwave, a coffeemaker, cookware, dishes, and utensils, rooms also feature an LCD cable TV, and a phone with free local calls. Each room is air conditioned (not self controlled) and has an ensuite bathroom.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the hotel. There is no on-site parking, so guests will have to make use of street parking or parking lots in the area. There is no permanent on-site staff, but a hotel manager is on site for check-in and check-out, and guests are given the manager's number to call for any other needs. As this is an older building, there is no elevator in this 3-floor property. 

Hotel Majestique is a 5-minute walk to Place des Arts metro station. From there, guests can reach the bus station at Berri-UQAM metro or the train station at Bonaventure metro in 15 minutes. Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the hotel. There is also a shuttle bus, the 747, at Berri-UQAM station that goes to the airport for a cost of $8.

These apartments are ideally located for sightseeing and shopping. The Quartier des Spectacles, Montreal's outdoor site for summer festivals, is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Also within a 5- to 10-minute walk are McGill University, the Eaton Centre, St. Catherine Street, and the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Arts. Concordia University, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Old Montreal, Chinatown, and Mount Royal are all about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. There were numerous negative comments about the building interior and the cleanliness of the rooms. Many guests found the building to be old and in poor shape. There is no elevator in this 3-storey hotel, which was inconvenient for some guests carrying their luggage to their rooms on the top floor. Several reviewers said their rooms were not particularly clean. Some reported unswept floors and overflowing garbage bins, and others reported that the plumbing and water pressure in their bathroom were poor.

Some guests also found the street noise to be disruptive.
