"From a large perspective, the hotel was fine. It was clean. On a smaller scale, there were a few things that we found frustrating. For example, our room had conditioner and body lotion, but no shampoo. There were 5 of us staying in the room, and only two paper coffee cups were provided. Upon checking in, we asked the customer service rep whether the room had a sofa bed. All of this was confirmed, however,when we got to the room, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, and we had to request same. These examples may sound trite, but, considered cumulatively, they do frustrate guests."
