A few reviewers who had stayed in the standard rooms housed in 'Building One' found their rooms to be small. Also there was the odd complaint about uncomfortable beds or sofabeds.

A few guests complained of noise disturbance. They cited traffic, a party in the hotel, guests in rooms above or next door walking on hardwood floors, noisy heating or AC units and music from the bar across the street.
