"Very poor at the first glance and entrance of the hotel"
"Good In room service. Very poor entrance to the hotel esp. during checkin - faced diffuculty while checking in and the worst part is the parking in the hotel. Could not locate hotel on GPS of 2010 model car. Would never pay so much for such ammenities. Spoke to some employees and they were not satisfied with the service and wanted someone to complain to the top management. Tried to get in touch with Olivier C. (Guest Experience Manager)at around 10:00 am. However he was not in at the approx. time of checkout when he could actually meet some guests and take their opinion directly."

"The hotel was beautiful, gorgeous room, and the view of the city was excellent! Parking was ridiculous and expensive! Other than that it was a great hotel to stay at, and I would recommend it. {Just Don't bring a car! :)}"

"Do not be surprised that the parking garage is a separate entity (business) from the hotel. I should hve been told that the under ground garage parking under the hotel had a separate charge. I thought that once I booked the room parking would go with the hotel. It was a surprise at check out time to find that there was a $23.00 per day charge for parking, in addition to the room charge. I just feel this should have been disclosed up front as taxes are, thus avoiding the shock. I must say though, that the 1 PM check out time was a delightful surprise, instead of the more common 11 AM."
