"Hello: Firstly, I would like this opportunity to thank all the employees at this hotel. All the employees and supervisors provided service in both french and english. Everyone was very helpful with providing tourist information, etc.
In addition, I would like to express my appreciation to Carol (unsure of spelling), an employee. Carol assisted me with using the Montreal Metro. Carol went the extra mile for me and her assistance helped me with safety as well as any other potential obstacles.
The price of accommodation was a bit pricey.
