This hotel is situated in the Côte-des-Neiges district which is primarily a residential and college neighbourhood. This hotel is well located for guests looking to access the University of Montreal and the Mount Royal Park by car which are both about a 5-minute drive away.

This property is 100% smoke-free and all suites include free Wi-Fi, a safe, a desk, a flat screen TV (DVD player available on request), individual climate control, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board and a kitchenette (fridge, stove or microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and dishware). Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites are available. Weekly rates are offered for guests in need of extended-stay accommodations.

Underground parking is available on site for $20 per night and small pets are permitted for additional fee of $25 per night.

The on-site Chocolaterie Leonidas which sells home-made Belgian chocolates, also serves breakfast daily from 7 am to 11 am. The hotel's combination restaurant and bookstore, Bistro Olivieri, serves lunch and dinner.
