"Customer service is outstanding at this hotel from the door, reception, to room. The room is spacious especially the bathroom which is bright, huge with a really nice tub. The shampoo, soap, handcream are all of excellent quality, very impressive indeed. My only complaint is that the room is kind of cold and there is no way for me to adjust the temperature. As well, the internet connection is very slow and not very reliable."

"My grown daughter and I went for some "mother and daughter" time together. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Directly across from Notre Dame, within walking distance to all the historic attractions and short distances to anywhere by Metro (which we used every day). The hotel room was beautifully outfitted, very trendy. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. Complimentary breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed the wine and cheese service in the afternoon. Staff was always friendly and eager to help, drawing maps and answering our myriad of questions. Check-in couldn't have been simpler - just presented our print-out from freehotelsearch.com. We were in our room in less than 5 minutes! Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"This hotel combines old world charm with a modern approach to service and quality. The hotel restaurant deserves special mention, the the roof terrace (another restaurant, bar and a small gymnasium) is excellent, though the terrance bar and restaurant are open only when the weather allows. The only shortcoming I could think of is the lack of a swimming pool. Will definately return when next in Montreal!"

"This boutique hotel has a wonderful location at the corner of Place D'Armes square, across from Notre Dame cathedral in the heart of Vieux Montreal. It is only 2 blocks from the metro so you have easy access to the rest of Montreal. The rooftop terrace/bar was a nice place to relax with a drink and look down at the square before dinner. I highly reccommend this hotel!"
